A good kept er easy climb up the MP... With the Dman... good easy conversation pace, but good to do still it is always a push with how steep that baby is! Maybe a couple more later with the wife!

a solid mo loop run kept it nice an easy, was feeling my run from yesterday... oh yea i also did an hour of pilets this morning very good burn!

One last ski day with the boys... it was pretty good considering the warm temps!

Ran around the reservoir this morning, it was a beautiful morning, birds all over the place and the temps were perfect, started a bit sluggish, but then looked back and had a few people behind me... forced me to pick it up a bit and all be darned if the 3 people ended up being 2 girls who chased me down and caught me with about a half mile left in their run... dam$... but I can say they never passed me I ended up running with them for about a 1/2 mile, they said they were doing 7:12miles to catch me so that made me feel a bit better! After that I kept things going pretty good no watch so don't know pace, but by feel I was probably around the 8/mile pace... felt awesome until about 2 miles to go and then I think the lack of food yesterday kicked in, I got real lightheaded and thought I was going to have to call for a ride home... remembered I had a gu so i downed that and was able to finish! Overall great run!
