Haven't really been running like I ought to, no real miles since...fall 2009...I think. Anyhow, I'm from Hurricane, Utah, and I'm going to school at Snow College-Richfield to get certified for Auto Mechanics, just about done with my first semester. I'm starting training to run the 400 and 800 in the Utah Summer Games and get myself back in shape.
Wow, didn't blog at all last week. I'll have to catch up with that. Anyhow, nice easy 5 early this morning, feeling pretty good. Hopefully I can find time through November to keep getting good mileage in.
