Haven't really been running like I ought to, no real miles since...fall 2009...I think. Anyhow, I'm from Hurricane, Utah, and I'm going to school at Snow College-Richfield to get certified for Auto Mechanics, just about done with my first semester. I'm starting training to run the 400 and 800 in the Utah Summer Games and get myself back in shape.

Great start and restart, felt alright until I hit the top of Hamburger Hill, couldn't gain any ground after that. I don't think I've quite bounced back 100% from last week's sinus infection.
