I've been going to Orem Rec center for about a month now and just barely figured out that they have an indoor track. I guess I noticed the stairs but never really thought about what was down there :) So today I ran on the track instead, it was a nice change, definately cooler than the cardio farm with a nice breeze, it was nice to have other people to pass to make the time go by faster. 6.2 laps = 1 mile in the outer lane 6.5 on the inner, according to the chart so I just ran 38 laps in the outer lane. Its a concrete track so probably harder on the feet and joints than the treadmill but definately a nice change.
