Wow! My legs are really sore.  They act like they haven't ever ran before.  Finally got a good night sleep last night, I was really surprised when the first time I woke up it was already time to get up.  Went straight to the lit boardwalk and ran out 3.5 miles, I saw lots of people running on the beach so I went to the beach, turns out that far down there is a hard packed section of sand where the work trucks drive so it makes for good sand running. Started running back and then the sand started getting soft again making it hard to run so I went back to the boardwalk to finish.  Really slow running, but like I said I'm just trying to remember how to run for now.  Pace doesn't matter,  7 miles in exactly 60 minutes.  No hooligans, no bikini models just a "normal" day at the beach.

Off to work, I've been here 4 days and haven't once been in the sun yet.  Lame, I could use a tan.

Sorry no bikini models to distract you! That is a bummer. ;o)

7 miles in 63 minutes is not slow! I guess it is all relative since you are super speedy, though.

I will need to come and check your St George plan. Maybe I will have to follow it....something needs to motivate me. Honestly, it is my favorite race. The drive to run it just for fun, nice and easy, is pretty strong right now.

Come home to Utah, you can get a decent tan here.

My St. George plan is what broke my leg in the first place, so I'm not sure why I would follow it again :)

I would love to come back home to Utah, but I'm a long way from that, I have a detour through New York for 2 weeks and then Wyoming for another before I get to come home.

Yep, so far so good! My Hip seems to be holding up pretty well.

Never mind, I will not follow your plan. I do not need anything broken!!!

Hmmm....New York sounds fun, not sure about Wyoming, though.
