Same route as Monday out to Fort Mason hill and back.  Everything loosened up quite nicely this morning and I actually felt pretty good.  My legs are going to take some time to get back but definitely some progress and I don't feel like such a sludge after getting a run in.

7 miles in 56:42 8:06 avg pace.  Followed by 30 minutes of weights and core.

Googlers (That's what Google employees call themselves) are in really good shape, the gym was full and everyone on the treadmills were going at a pretty good clip.  I'd work for Google if it didn't mean moving to California.  They actually offered me a Job in Zurich once (my dream place to live)  but I couldn't convince the wife to go :(

Zurich would be a pretty sweet place to live. If Andrea was offered a job there, I would go in a heartbeat! Or vice verse, I think?

It's a very expensive place to live but I think it would be worth it. I love that place.

Glad you are feeling better Rob.

Thanks Marlin, I think I've still got a ways to go before I'm my old self. Just taking baby steps.

Keep working your way back.

We have some friends who moved to Zurich about 5 years ago and they seem to really like it as well.
