Pretty speedy progressive tempo run this morning, more because I was in a hurry to get to the airport than anything. The only difference I could tell with all the "re-modeling" at LifeTime this morning was the smell of carpet glue. Nice way to wake up on a morning run, who knows maybe it helped. Now I'm at the Airport 1 hour early, I don't know why I hurry all the time, I'm always just sitting around anyway.
