My poor dog Nellie has been at Grandma's for the past 3 weeks and hasn't been able to get out for a walk so this morning I decided to take advantage of a perfect morning and take her for a quick little run.  4 mile loop around the dirt roads of Traverse Mountain, very slow 9:00 avg pace.  Legs are pretty sore from yesterdays run.
