I'm amazed how well my body is responding to my training this year, last year an 18 mile run would have put me down for at least 3 days regardless of the pace, but this morning I woke up feeling completely normal not sore at all from yesterdays hard run. I started out kind of slow expecting to hurt but it never did so I did my normal progression run. The last 4 miles I did a declined sub 6:00 tempo run for no other reason than I think its fun to run fast. Distance | Time | Avg Pace
