I feel bad, I was suppose to go run with Sasha again this morning and was looking forward to it. Even verified that we were still on last night but when I woke and this morning and saw a 2' snowdrift in my driveway I decided it probably wasn't that great and idea even if Sasha was still up to it. I'll probably read about every ones great long runs in the snow this morning while I was wimping it out at the gym. Oh Well. I'll probably pay for this run a bit tomorrow but I had fun pushing the pace, my right hip started bothering me a little bit, which is strange I've never had hip issues. Distance | Time | Avg Pace
