Had my running clothes on and about to walk out the door this morning when I was all of a sudden inspired to swim instead of run today, so I went and threw my swimsuit on and swam instead. Very happy with my decision except when I got to work and put swimming into my new loose weight app on my phone, swimming burns about 1/2 the calories as running does in the same time. 48 laps (1.5 miles) in about 55 minutes with a quick break every 10 laps. Followed by 30 minutes of weights, mostly legs.
