5:00 am. I'm not sure if it was the incline workout Tuesday or 1 mile repeats yesterday, but my right hamstring and glut was a bit sore today. Going off of my new "no tolerance for pain" moto I decided to swim today. I'd kind of planned on getting a swim in this week sometime anyway but it was very nice. I haven't swam in about 1 month with traveling and all. 1600M in about 36:00 then I went and lifted weights and did some core exercises. |
