10 miles in 1:08:40  6:52 avg pace.   First sub 7 avg run I've done in a while, my leg felt pretty good this morning, even the one I wacked with the Arc peddle yesterday. 

Today is the last day of the conference, so ready to go home, not so ready to sit on a plane for 18 hours again.  Yuck!  Next year is looking even worse for travel. So far I have 3 trips to China, 1 trip to Brazil, 1 trip to Barcelona, and maybe Abu Dabi.  If I go there I'm so going to Ferrari World.

wow. can I have some of your miles? sky miles? My hubby is going to Singapore and I want to go with him. How do you get away with flying all over and not having a crazy jealous family?
