Well, that went well I thought. Not quite the 100% I thought maybe I was but not to shabby. My legs took a while to remember how to run, my shin was a little tender but I could tell I wasn't really hurting it. I think tomorrow I'll swim just to be safe. I have 3 weeks from today until I start following a training program for the Big Horn 50, I haven't put a plan together yet but I at least know when it starts :) So 3 weeks to get completely healed, and in good enough shape to easily run 50 - 60 miles/week to start. How bout them Pats! 8 miles in 59:55 7:30 avg pace
