Really happy about my run today, was planning on 4 loops then going to the treadmill but the weather was so perfect I just couldn't stand the thought of going to the stuffy gym, T-shirt and shorts.  15 miles at just a good pace, then I tried to push the last 3 miles at around 6:30 pace, probably was higher because of uphill but I was very happy I had anything in me to run faster after 15.

7 loops + 1/4 mile out and back on the strip.

18 miles in 2:09:58  7:13 avg pace.

Nicely done Rob. Always good when you have something in the tank to finish strong like that.

Excellent!

Although I would point out that 18 miles in 1:09:58 is quite a bit faster than 7:13 pace. More like 3:53 pace which kicks butt! You will be a force to be reckoned with this year.

You teachers with your fancy "math". I guess I'm not used to putting a 2 in that column.

And now I can't fix it cause my dumb phone won't let me edit it.

Sasha, give me an app. We don't need fastrunningfriend.

See now that just makes my comment look stupid. I should have anticipated that.

Rob, I acknowledged my mistake so you're covered.

We do need fastrunningfriend? Ok, I'm in.

My 215 feet of total elevation gain over 18 miles is pretty impressive I know.

I'm telling you though, my legs can really feel it.
