Pretty rough run today, I think my treadmill legs just aren't used to running that far on pavement. 6 Golf Course loops today, any more than 4 gets tough.  After my first loop today I had the brainiac idea to start running the opposite direction around my loop.  That way I replace the aweful uphill, into the wind, in the ghetto with the nice side entrance to the Encore hotel.  Now I could run fast through all the broken beer bottles and homeless people, and my slow section was more enjoyable. This turned out to be a great idea, there were quite a few shady people out this morning,  I passed a guy twice that was just casually walking down the sidewalk at 5:00am with a big TV in his arms.  He must have been looking for an outlet to plug it in.

This run definitely should have been run at a faster pace but I just didn't have it in me today.

My wife and I have always been very self sufficient and just try to do everything on our own, but yesterday we finally broke down and hired a Nanny to help my wife out.  We have been looking for a while but just couldn't find anyone we trusted, but finally we found one that seems very good and reliable.  I'm going to feel much better now while I'm traveling that there is someone helping out with the kids while my wife is working.  The master plan wasn't for her to start working full time so soon but I guess if the opportunity is there you take it.

A nanny isn't a bad idea and with all that you travel and your wife works/school I can't believe you haven't had to do that before.

Nice running...even if you do feel like it should've been faster. Oh, and the TV guy comment made me laugh!!

So after the TV guy. I got to work and someone had stole close to $10,000 of our equipment. Only in Vegas. Funny thing is they easily could have stole $100,000 worth of stuff but they only took stuff with Apple logos on it.

Well, apple IS the only brand that is worth anything, right? Cisco and Microsoft? never heard of 'em! :) Glad you didn't have a TV there.
