5:00 am. 6 Mile Recovery run on treadmill, starting to get my legs back, I can finally walk down stairs. The first 2 miles where a little slow and stiff, but I worked it out. 600 M swim after my run in about 15 minutes and then a soak in the hot tub. I'll be back for lunch. 11:30 am. 6 Mile Recovery again for lunch. Exactly the same time as this morning, not planned, it felt faster.
6 miles in 45:36 7:36/mil pace.
