5:00 am. When I woke up this morning my Hamstrings kindly asked if I could please give them the day off, not wanting to get in an argument with my legs this morning I complied and swam laps instead. 1600 meters in 35 minutes, I don't really keep track but that seems considerably faster than I usually swim 1 mile, didn't really feel like I was pushing it, just enjoying myself trying to relax. Lifted weights, stretched and some core work for 30 minutes after. Wouldn't mind trying to get a midday easy run in but not sure if work will permit that today.
