Had a problem with my lower leg from about 1 hour into this slow, long run and had to abandon at 14 km.
Took the following week off, and the physiotherapist tells me that the solneus is strained. Scheduled two more appointments to work on it, but rest is the best medicine.
I'm going to take couple of short, easy runs early next week to test the leg and try to get some cardio back.
