We're visiting Ottawa for the holidays, and managed to get out for my final long run of this training sched. Overcast to start the morning, but windy and rainy for the last four clicks. Side streets were skating rinks, so I had to stay on the main roads. Traffic was pretty light on Sunday morning. Good run, but I'm not sure if I'll be out Tuesday. Only brought one set of running clothes, and the are still nasty from the run. No easy access to a washer/dryer while we are away.
