Back in the saddle after the race on Sunday.
Still feeling a bit tight in the quads on both sides. My knees are humming a bit as I sit here and type my comments.
Didn't wear my Camelback this morning, figuring that I'd only be out for about 30 minutes. Felt very nice not to have that thing strapped around my waist. I'm not sure I've ever run without it before. It seems like a part of me when I'm out there.
Temp this morning was a chilly -13C. With wind chill I'm sure it's down around -25C. When will spring finally arrive?? I'm starting to dream about running in shorts and a t-shirt.
