As of yet I have NONE! Though I have done a few 5k, 3k, and 10k walks.
Short-Term Running Goals:
In the next two years I'd like to be able to get in 5 miles five days a week. I'd like to participate in a 10K run and actually run the whole thing. I'd also like to participate in the Danskin Triatholon.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Just working right now on the short term. I'd be happy right now to say I am a runner.
Personal:
As far as personal facts, nothing too exciting about me. I am a mother of four kids, love to blog about them and my personal feelings, which you can find me at 4kidsnodog.blogspot.com. I am married. I have a degree in education but haven't done any professional teaching in a long time.
And I thought going on the treadmill was hard! My son and I took our bikes out and road up and down the hills and through the neighborhood. I don't think my upper thighs have worked like that before, or at least a while.
