Running and more running

First day of practice today! Our team seems to be pretty big and we have a cool new assistant coach named Collin who is pretty sick cause he's gonna run with us. We took forever getting started because it was the first day, but then just went on a nice five mile run past our new school. Afterwards we did abs, ice bathed in the creek, and had breakfast at Gan's house so shoutout to her for the food!

Practice today was at Lehi, so we met there, did our miles, did abs and hips, and then I went biking with a good group of guys. I kind of died hard core because I hadn't eaten breakfast yet and I didn't know it then but they were going 50 miles... I only ended up going 40 because I didn't know which fork in the trail to take so I just waited for the other guys to come back. So pretty much I doubled the farthest I had previously biked, but felt like crap.
