13.7 miles easy with Brett and Jace.  Somehow Brett convinced Jace and me to drive to Midvale to run with him.  We did some trail running in Dimple Dell (I guess that's what it's called).  Now he owes us a Saturday run up North.  Jace brought some of the spoils of his earlier 5k (chocolate milk delivered to his house for 13 weeks!) and shared with us after...delicious!

My legs were very tired and ready to call it a week.  Now it's off to the Zoo and City Creek to celebrate my daughter Evelyn's 3rd birthday!

I thought Brett was moving out of state. Did that change? Happy birthday to Evelyn - glad she get's to enjoy it in beautiful Salt Lake City!

Brett moved to Midvale so he's sticking around.

Riley-If you can drive to Midvale you can drive to SLC :) Let us know next time you are in town for a run.

I cannot be trusted with data. I just read that wrong from your Ogden Marathon report. I just went back and reread and you said SLC whereas I was thinking Washington DC...

Josh: Yeah Evelyn absolutely loves City Creek. She could play all day on those dinosaurs in the food court. Plus we let her pick out a toy at Disney Store and she loves that too. Good birthday for her in SLC today.

Fritz: This was a last minute thing late last night, but for sure we should hook up for a run with you guys. We may be meeting Brett and Brad Osguthorpe in Bountiful a few times for Saturday runs too.

That's a great place to run. We call it the "gully" as well. Lots of nice wood chip trails, plenty of hills but easy on the legs. I love running down there.
