| couldn't get up to run this AM. I wanted to run everyday this week though so I went after work it was probably 105 degrees and 20-30% humidity. This added a level of difficulty. I was still able to do the last couple miles (flat) at 8:18, 8:20. |

| super humid this AM but cool I ran up wasson peak again. I felt like i wasn't able to go very fast and wasn't super happy with how fast I was going most of the time. I also felt pretty winded when i had to go up hills more so than usual. when I got done though I saw that I was on pace with my usual times up the mountain.
