-Marathon (2013 SGM) 3:26:07 Official chip time 3:29:30 (had to take a 0.75 mile detour to get my watch).

-Survived Speedgoat 50K 2013 (Time 9:59:51)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Attempting to complete half ironman triathlon.  I've done a decent amount of running but not much else for a while.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy and happy.

Run everyday forever.

married with kids trying to inspire the family to be healthy and active daily.

Ran during my night shift I was only able to go for a short distance b/c I got paged in the middle of the run. I ran around the block at the hospital and then up the parking garage ramp to get a little vert.

Ran the same loop as the previous night. It seems like I always get paged at the same spot. I wanted to try and run up another parking garage but had to go back b/c of the page. Oh well it woke me up for the night.

First run:

Ran durign the night shift again. No page this time and I was able to run up the larger garage. The gps doesn't track elevation at all in the garage. So I think I had at least 60 feet of vert in that garage. It was a hot night.

Second run:

I ran after I woke up in the evening. I went to run up Wasson peak. I didn't get all the way to the top because the sunset and I didn't have a headlight. It was a nice run though, it had rained earlier that day and was probably cooler than it was at 2 am this morning. I did only 5 miles 1000 ft of vert.
