-Marathon (2013 SGM) 3:26:07 Official chip time 3:29:30 (had to take a 0.75 mile detour to get my watch).

-Survived Speedgoat 50K 2013 (Time 9:59:51)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Attempting to complete half ironman triathlon.  I've done a decent amount of running but not much else for a while.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy and happy.

Run everyday forever.

another slow run today. Not as slow as wednesday but thought I should take it easy. The temperature is finally right this morning it said 42 in Tucson and SLC was at 24. all is right with the world. I hope the world doesn't end I want to get more running in tomorrow. AP: 8:29.

I've been thinking about telling my boss that I'll be working from AZ for the next 3 months so I can attend training camp at your house in Tucson. It's hard to motivate one's self to get out and run at 5am when the temp is 19.
