Workout w/ the Grinders. We did 2 sets of 5x300m hill sprints followed by 1.55M tempo. I was supposed to do the Hills at 75s and the Tempo was 6:55 pace. I was pretty much able to hold to that for the first set. The second set i did well on the hills but the tempo run I was about 10 seconds slow and had to cut out the last 0.55 miles because I was going to be late for work. Splits were: Hills 74, 76, 75, 74, 76 Tempo: 10:57 (6:56). 2nd Set: 74, 76, 75, 76, 76 Tempo: 7:08 for 1 mile.
