Ran with the grinders this morning. It was a good workout. We started off with a 2 mile time trial. I was shooting for 13 min. I was able to beat that by a bit. I finished in 12:45. That was the limit I don't think I could have gone any faster in fact I thought I was going to have to stop the last 200 meters. We then did 4x400 meters hard my splits were 1:38 (still tired), 1;32, 1:32 and 1:34. we then did 1 min fast x5. It was a nice little workout. I was really happy with my time trial.
