-Survived Speedgoat 50K 2013 (Time 9:59:51)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Attempting to complete half ironman triathlon.  I've done a decent amount of running but not much else for a while.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay healthy and happy.

Run everyday forever.

Had to break the run up today because of my sons tball. I ran up Wasson peak for sunrise. Nice run. I did feel a little more tired than usual. I haven't been sleeping as well with the new baby. The time was still about the same as it has been recently. AP 11:32. Distance 7.8.

The 2nd run was in the heat of the day (only 85), the heat really seemed to sap the energy. I'm going to have to get used to the heat or else no sleep. After the run I felt pretty nauseas. I was worried I was coming down with the same thing my family all had. It passed after sleeping though so I'm not sure now. It might have just been exhaustion with dehydration. I did this run on roads. Distance 9.2 AP 8:27.
