My asics duomax are giving me some serious blisters lately on the arches of my feet. Starting to feel some serious weight gain the past few weeks, and I can't identify if its just how it is, or I'm not eating very well. Did .1 mile warm up, jogged 3 miles at 6.2, then did .4 mile cool down. Total time was 35:30. My feet were hurting by the end.
