The pads of my feet are not used to the barefoot running anymore. I think I might have some new blisters. On the plus side, I'm pretty sure my weirdness issues are related to what I've been eating rather than something wrong. I just need to be more disciplined with what I eat I guess. Did .1 mile warm up, ran 3 miles (most of it at 6.3 mph, slowed down to 6 for the last .2 mile), then did a .4 mile cool down. Finished a 5k in 30:37, with a total time of 35:16. Off to the doctor I go. So glad my feet and legs are doing so much better this time. Hopefully I can keep up the running until November or December this time...
