I'm feeling the groove coming back, slowly but surely. I only had 1 break during the run today. Did .1 mile warm-up, ran 3 miles, then did .4 mile cool down. Did the 5k in 28:33 and the total time was 33:38. My legs are feeling really good with the whole running on the toes things.
A nice trip to the pool that involved me walking Sarah around around in circles trying to get her to sleep. Fun times.
