I think all the junk food I've been eating is seriously messing with my breathing. Everything just feels harder this week. Ran 3.25 miles in 30:13, then did a .75 mile cool down. My knee is still bothering me, but I think it's more a combination of not stretching enough, eating too much crap, and my shoes are starting to wear out (I think). I'm going to focus on stretching more today. |
