Today started out totally junky, but I think it was mostly due to the stinkin' snow that I woke up to! Once I got going, I actually felt pretty good. I'm really hoping to make it to the chiropractor next week and get my tailbone back in shape. Did .25 mile warm-up, ran just under 3 miles at 6.5 mph, then slowed down to 6 mph, then did a .5 mile cool down. I finished a 5k in 29:23, and had a total time of 39:30. |
