k, I missed a week of April somewhere because I could've sworn that I only took one week off. hmmmmmmm Anyway, I did the weight loss program on the treadmill and it totally kicked my butt. I did 35 minutes of it, with a max speed of 5.8 and an incline of 5. My face was beet red when I finished. oh well, at least I did something. I have a $100 bet going with my husband to see who can lose their needed weight first-I need to lose around 10 and he's going for 15, maybe 20.
