My knee was sore yesterday, but felt great this morning when I woke up. I decided to try running again today and it felt about the same as yesterday. I ran .5 miles going 6.4 mph, then tapered down with each lap. I ran 3 miles in just under 30 minutes, then walked for another 10 minutes. Iced my knee down again and I think I'm not going to run tomorrow just to be on the safe side. |
