Man, our impromptu vacation over the weekend turned into a food fest! UGH!!!!!! And I didn't really stick to my diet so now my stomach is hating me all over again. Oops. Went for nice and easy today. did .25 mile warm up, ran/jogged 3.25 miles, then did a .5 mile cool down. I had the incline at 2 for the first half, and went down to one for the second half so I wouldn't take the little breaks to stretch out as much. Total time was 40:55. |
