I was a little leery about running today. I did some extra stretching and used the foam roller on my left calf-talk about PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I rolled it out for about 10 minutes, then thought I'd give the run a shot. It went great! No knee problems and the calf felt just fine. Did a .25 mile warm-up, jogged 2.85 miles, then did a .5 mile cool down. I didn't even need to have a potty break! Total time was 37:10. Don't know if I'm running tomorrow-I have my ultrasound at 10 am, so we'll see if I fit the run in beforehand. |
