I think I really need to charge my shuffle so I can have my running music back. I get really bored without it. Did our morning walk and my right side was super tight so i tried to stretch more during my jog. I ended up walking a total of 1 mile of the 3.5 mile workout, including warm up and cool down. I ended the jogging with the incline of 1 and speed of 6.0 mph. Total time for the workout was 39:10. |
