I need to find a good multivitamin. This weird diet thing just isn't cutting it for me nutrients wise. I'm feeling really tired pretty much all the time. Off to the store I shall go! I will say that I've felt better the past four days than I have for a really long time now, so something is obviously working. Did another barefoot run, I've decided they're my new favorite. My heels don't hurt, my calves don't hurt, and my tailbone is less tight, which helps my knees. And, I got another milestone today-I did a 5k in less than 30 minutes! Yippee! Did .25 mile warm up, ran 1.75 miles at 6.5 mph, then slowed it down a little every couple of laps until I hit 3.5 miles, then did a .5 mile cool down. Kept the incline at 2 except for the last lap of the cool down. Total time was 40:01.
