I'm trying to get back in the grove of regular work outs. Ever since I finished P90X, I've been really sporadic. Today I started by going for a little treadmill jog/run. It felt pretty good-it's amazing what a difference 5 or 10 pounds make when you're running. I finished a little under 35 minutes. My calves are pretty sore, but other than that, it felt great! |
