Had to take a break due to a second round of strep last week. Figured I should let my body fully recover before trying to get back into the exercise thing again. Decided to do some jogging today and it felt good. It's been really hard not pushing myself too hard too early because I feel great doing something. I know I need to do it slowly though. Did a .25 mile warm-up, jogged 1.25 miles at 5.6 mph, walked .5 miles at 4.8 mph, jogged another .5 mile at 5.7 mph, then did a cool down. Total time was 32:00.
