After all the crap comfort food I've consumed this week, I decided to at least start walking again. I'm pretty sure the worst of it is over and I'm feeling the change of diet from this week. It felt good to do something other than sit around and be exhausted. I went pretty slow. I ran for 2.50 miles, varying between 5.8 and 6.5, and walked between 4.5 and 5.1 for the rest of it. I really need to stretch more and get back to the chiropractor. Maybe I can finally get my tailbone back where it belongs. Total time was 43:37. Definitely a downer week. |
