Lately I've been feeling about as good as the weather. BLAH!!! My tailbone is getting really tight and I think it's from all the incline stuff. One of these years I'll actually make it back to the chiropractor again-I hope. I tried out the barefoot running today and it didn't hurt my feet nearly as much as it has in the past. Hopefully I'll start incorporating it into my routine at least once a week moving forward.
Today I just did whatever floated my boat at the time. I THINK it was something like .5 mile walk, jogged 2 miles, walked .25 miles, jogged .5 mile, then did a .5 mile cool down. I kept the incline at 2 the entire time. Total time was something around 46:30. |
