Thanks JD. This is a big deal for me. I feel like I'm in better shape than ever and I still have 7 weeks to train before the big race.

Way to run Mike! I'm amazed at how fast you kicked it back up to your normal "FAST" speed and distances.

Yeah, you've come a long way from the Tacoma City Marathon less than 3 months ago!

Thanks. I'm very surprised and happy about my progress since TCM.

There was a pretty light turnout this week for the race so my 1st place isn't much to brag about. The main goal was to crack 20 on such a difficult course. Now I just need to keep motivated and knock out those long ones through August...

1st place and sub-20 is plenty to brag about, Trap. Don't sell yourself short. You've worked hard and sacrificed a lot to get this and you deserve every pat on the back and congratulations you get! Keep rockin'! You've got big things ahead!

From rAtTLeTrAp on Tue, Jul 30, 2013 at 18:57:49 from 24.19.80.36

Don't get me wrong, I'm still pretty psyched about my time. This is a really tough course. Check out the elevation profile I just added to the report.

Great job on a really tough course!
