A beautiful foggy morning run with Becca! Honestly it was just what I needed, good therapy time. I love running with Becca, because the pace seems easy, but is usually faster than I have been running, and so it was true to form today. Thanks for keeping me going Becca! Went out to the lake and back, but when I noticed I was going to be about 14 to finish, I had to do one more mile to hit 40 for the week. So I drug Becca on a short loop through the hood and finished feeling good. Today was another one of those long run days when I drag at first, but by the time I hit 11ish I nearly change plans to add 5-6 extra on, gotta love a feel good, go all day run! When we got home we were both frosted head to toe from the fog. Every wispy hair on our faces was frosted, I looked like an old man with a white beard and it was wet enough in the air my long pony tail was all ratted up in a knot! Not a very pretty run, but last I checked it wasn't a fashion show :) AP: 9:02 splits: 9:03, 8:44, 8:54, 8:47, 8:43, 9:02, 9:04, 9:05, 9:03, 9:13, 9:07, 9:10, 9:33, 9:16, 9:00. 8:24 (last .25)
