Round and Round the oval again, following the path of millions of invisible footprints. This was actually a good workout today, felt great. Did 1/2 mile walking warmup, 3 mile run. Slow and steady for the most part, kicked in for a fast last half mile just for fun. 10 minutes on the lateral machine and it kicked my butt, literally. Still have my core work to look forward to, yeah for me. |
