Exactly two weeks off with complete rest. Felt good to do something today. Walked 1/2 mile around the track, 25 min elliptical, 6 min helix lateral machine, 1/2 mile more walk around the track. The next few weeks I plan on doing some gentle workouts and try to stretch a lot and roll out problem areas. Things are feeling improved, but there is still tightness/weakness on my right side. Guess I'm not ready to run yet, but I know I will get there if I'm patient and careful. Pm. 1.5 hours Relief Society Basketball. Full Court, no subs. |
