I have been a runner off and on since I was a kid. Its something I have always loved and hope to be running until I'm just too old to do it anymore. I enjoy running some 5ks and halfs each year and try to be consistent with my training. But I often find it challenging with three kids to get all the miles in that I want to.
I love my kids so much, but running really is my sanity and I enjoy my "me" time. I may just be forever a "middle of the pack" runner but have hopes of getting faster.
My first run as a 32 year old. 7 miles, I felt old and slow. Probably because I ate to much birthday cake and dinners out for three days in a row.

Happy Birthday! 32 is still so young. :) Seriously!
Eat more cake, it is good for you.
